Camera Wars!

It's posting time again! Work is going well.  I get to listen to music while I work, so that makes the day go by much faster.  Which is nice.  Eight hours of only hearing typing could make a person go a bit bonkers.  I've been listening to books lately--very fun.  I like having money.  Money is good.

Easter was pretty much awesome.  I had the girls come over during their spring break and have a sleep over.  I let Adelle eat wayyy too much candy, though.  Shame on me.  She had a great time, though, so it was awesome.  We dyed eggs.  Here's a picture of 'em:

Neat, eh?  The girls were very creative and put sparkly plastic bits on them.  I made egg salad with some of my eggs.  It ended up quite colorful.

So, on the 17 of April, my aunt Lyndi had a get-together for all the Christensen girls.  It was exciting--there were five babies present!  It was nice seeing everyone and socializing.  Even if I did end up not getting any sleep....

On the 18, Mom prepared a belated birthday dinner for Kyle.  She was in Beijing on his birthday and forgot the week before to get the fixings for his chicken-salad croissants.  Wes (my eldest brother), Liz, and the girls came over.  Devin and Lexie did too, which was fun.  I got to play with my girls...I let them use my cameras (I have two, now.  I got a new one last week and traded in one of Dad's old ones (my old one was way too old)).  Here are some of the resulting pictures:

Hard to tell who took what, eh?  Adelle and Lydia took most of them, actually.  They're aspiring photographers, aren't they?

It was fun being around family so much this weekend!  I love the spring and summer because it happens so much.  Lydia and I are already planning our yearly water balloon bonanza.  It'll be awesome!  I'll take pictures an' post 'em.
